Hello and welcome

I’m Claire a Level 5 Clinically trained Reflexologist based in Cheadle Hulme and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. I offer Reflexology sessions at my treatment room in Cheadle Hulme. I am also able to offer mobile appointments locally.


I have experience in supporting clients who are struggling with stress, anxiety, pain and a wide range of menopausal symptoms.   I have a personal interest in women’s health and recently completed a training course on Reflexology techniques specific for Menopause. I also have experience in supporting clients living with Cancer and pre-Covid I was volunteering at St Ann’s Hospice in Heald Green as part of their Complementary Health Team treating patients on the wards and also their carers.

I have also completed further training courses at The Christie Hospital including The Hearts Process which is a wonderfully relaxing treatment for palliative care, dementia patients and anyone struggling with anxiety.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a safe, gentle and effective natural therapy that can bring balance to the mind and body

Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to reflex areas on the feet to encourage the body into a state of deep relaxation and stimulate the body’s own natural healing processes.

It is a therapy that can help boost the immune system, reduce stress levels and promotes general relaxation.

It is estimated that 75% of all illness is stress related. Reflexology helps reduce stress by creating deep relaxation and a sense of balance and well-being. During a reflexology treatment more than 7000 nerves in the feet are stimulated helping the body to return to its natural rhythms.


You do not need to have a condition to enjoy reflexology as it provides a wonderful way to de-stress, relax and unwind from our daily lives

I had a wonderfully relaxing reflexology session with Claire yesterday. Her homebased clinic is beautiful and peaceful. Claire is really friendly and makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. I’ve had a lot going on over the last week but the session with Claire helped me to feel more calm and balanced and I had a great nights sleep last night (something that doesn’t happen very often)!!
