Are you looking to improve your wellbeing, unwind and relax, get a better night’s sleep, reduce tension, stress and anxiety or simply understand why your body is hurting? 

I’m here to help and support you with Reflexology, Reiki and holistic facial treatments. Whichever treatment you choose, I am looking to target the root cause of your wellbeing issues and enable your body to rebalance. Every treatment is designed for you, I understand your struggles, your discomfort and your needs. I am here to support you in every way possible, even if it means providing a shoulder to lean on (literally at times!). 

I’ve created a private treatment room which is a cosy, safe space for you to relax, unwind and feel your stress melt away. My clients often tell me that they look forward to taking an hour out of their busy routine and always feel the benefit from their treatments.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a safe, gentle and effective natural therapy that can bring balance to the mind and body

Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to reflex areas on the feet to encourage the body into a state of deep relaxation and stimulate the body’s own natural healing processes.

It is a therapy that can help boost the immune system, reduce stress levels and promotes general relaxation.

It is estimated that 75% of all illness is stress related. Reflexology helps reduce stress by creating deep relaxation and a sense of balance and well-being. During a reflexology treatment more than 7000 nerves in the feet are stimulated helping the body to return to its natural rhythms.

 

You do not need to have a condition to enjoy reflexology as it provides a wonderful way to de-stress, relax and unwind from our daily lives.

Potential benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, release of tension, deep relaxation, improved sleep, increased energy levels and an improved general sense of health and wellbeing.

I had a wonderfully relaxing reflexology session with Claire yesterday. Her homebased clinic is beautiful and peaceful. Claire is really friendly and makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. I’ve had a lot going on over the last week but the session with Claire helped me to feel more calm and balanced and I had a great nights sleep last night (something that doesn’t happen very often)!!
